The past months have been tough and have left us with far-reaching uncertainty. However, our sheer resilience keeps our spirits alive. It is our very own talent and determination that keeps us afloat in this time of crisis. And in Workhaus’ vocabularly, this is simply called ‘diskarte’ – meaning street smarts and resourcefulness.
It is a familiar remark imbibed in our day-to-day work and practice. For 30 years since the company’s founding in 1991, our family business grew out of compassion for work, quality of service, and unrelenting commitment for innovation when most needed. And since our main business of booth fabrication and live event management have been greatly affected, we are channelling our collective efforts, skills, technology and knowledge into a new venture, with the hopes of jumpstarting our business once again. And in the true Workhaus’ spirit of resilience, we bring you 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗞𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘.
D𝗜𝗦𝗞𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘 is our company’s initiative in making and manufacturing smart and functional furniture with the use of upcycled materials and resources. With a little bit of creative magic, we make humble pieces into enviable works of art for your home.
